In our Assurance (A&A) Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and
clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
• You should have prior experience working on Equity capital markets or M&A transactions
• You must demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of the SEBI ICDR and LODR
• Should be able to become a subject matter expert for all things related to the IPO transaction processes in India
• You must have worked with external legal counsel on projects or transactions
• You must have an aptitude for the Capital Markets and high-finance with a desire to nurture a career in the field
• You must possess strong ability to think on your feet, present and explain technical information, manage expectations and quickly resolve conflicts
• You should be able to work across multi-functional teams with competing priorities while still delivering key objectives within given time constraints.
• You must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
• You must possess the confidence and to represent Deloitte and its clients during large group meetings and calls
• You must have advanced to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You must be good at anchoring and reviewing offering docs
• You should have prior experience with financial modeling using Excel
