Functional Risk Designee - JD

• • Review and negotiation of contractual documents such as Engagement letters, NDA, MSA, SOW etc., from a business risk management perspective

• • Negotiate contracts with the client along with a lawyer

• • Review of alliance arrangements

• • Review of RFPs & tenders

• • Coordinating with the business teams and the Central/ legal teams to ensure clearance of contractual documents.

• • Conducting QRM review of technology assets, eminence content clearances

• • Handle quality & risk management reviews of engagement delivery and MIS for QRM reporting

• • Facilitate QRM trainings for engagement teams

• • Reviewing vendor onboarding documents as per firm policies
