Your work profile
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, tracking, coordinating, and reporting activities related to the IFRS 17 implementation program. Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders, maintenance of project documentation, and monitoring of project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project plans, trackers, action logs, risk and issue registers.
  • Coordinate with business, actuarial, finance, IT, and vendor teams for status updates and follow-ups.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings (MoMs).
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Monitor closure of action items and escalate delays as required.
  • Support governance activities including steering committee and project review meetings.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and repository of project artefacts.
  • Assist in resource planning, budget tracking, and project administration activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting standards, and implementation methodology.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project/Planner skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance/accounting or insurance domain preferred.
  • Exposure to large transformation projects (IFRS 17, Ind AS 117, Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Minimum qualification to be Bachelor's degree.
