- Employee Engagement: Follow up with current and former employees to complete KYC processes and help them complete their activities on EPFO portal.
- Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with regulators for details / approvals.
- Bank and Investment KYC: Ensure completion of KYC for banking and investment activities.
- Documentation: Prepare accumulation statements as per EPFO SOP and assist in regulatory submissions and audits.
