The Team

Deloitte Risk Advisory helps entities mitigate risk while discovering new opportunities to create value. Our end-to-end risk services span all domains, from managing strategic risks in the C-Suite to improving board oversight, and from balancing financial and environmental policies to addressing cyber threats.

 

Experienced resource who has worked on following aspect of operational transformation (OT) :

  • As-Is and To-be scenario analysis
  • Worked on process improvements
  • Have experience in digitization and automation
  • Worked in consumer, manufacturing, IT and other industries
  • Detailed knowhow about the business processes such as PTP, OTW, Sales, HR etc.
  • Good inter-personal communication skills
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Should be able to drive projects independently

Additionally, the person should also be interested in working for ERM engagements with following skills -

  • Know-how of ISO31000 framework
  • Should have worked on drafting RM policies, framework
  • Detailed understanding of Risk identification, mitigation plans and KRI monitoring process
  • "Risk" should be a are of greater interest

Skills and Competency

·      Exceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skills and stakeholder management

·      Execute work plans and manage projects effectively

·      Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

·       Ability to lead teams and coach and guide team members

·      Open to travel as necessary to meet client requirements.

·     Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring

high quality of deliverable

·       Proficient in MS Office i.e., Excel/Word/ PowerPoint/Visio
