Key skills required:
- Education to be Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with post-graduation from NICMAR / RICS.
- 4–6 years’ experience in construction projects for real estate developments and investment risk monitoring/investment risk advisory/project monitoring.
- Support asset- and site-level progress monitoring against approved schedules and milestones.
- Assist in tracking project schedules, risks, and deviations, including overall risk profiling.
- Support invoice review, cash-flow monitoring, and linkage of physical progress with disbursements.
- Coordinate with site teams and investment fund representatives for reporting, site verification, and fund-release support.
