Your work profile

• Analyse, design, configuration, test, implement SAP Solutions to meet business requirement 
• Good understanding of Finance related Business process and period end closing activities 
• Basic knowledge to controlling - COPA, PCA, CCA

Key skills required

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions aligned with best practices.
• Configure and support Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Manage key finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Coordinate integration with SAP MM, SD, PS, PP, PM, and Treasury modules.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with finance teams to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency.
• Manage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancement developments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and financial reporting requirements.
• Review functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Prepare project documentation, training materials, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives..
