Position: Associate Director – OFSAA (Functional)

Location: Mumbai

You will lead engagements at the intersection of Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology, driving enterprise-wide implementations of OFSAA for Basel and IFRS 9 frameworks across leading financial institutions.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period are preferred

💡 What You’ll Do

✔ Lead end-to-end OFSAA implementation, transformation, and optimization programs across Basel and IFRS 9

✔ Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs / senior stakeholders on regulatory and risk transformation initiatives

✔ Drive solution architecture, functional design, and delivery governance across OFSAA modules

✔ Oversee creation and review of BRDs, FSDs, data models, and regulatory design frameworks

✔ Translate complex Basel (RWA, Capital Adequacy) and IFRS 9 (ECL, staging, impairment) requirements into system logic

✔ Ensure accuracy in capital computation, provisioning, and regulatory reporting outputs

✔ Lead SIT/UAT strategy, validation frameworks, and regulatory sign-offs

✔ Drive data strategy, data lineage, ETL processes, and reconciliation controls

✔ Ensure compliance with RBI and global regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, IFRS 9)

✔ Manage client relationships, stakeholder alignment, and delivery teams across multiple workstreams

✔ Coordinate with audit, risk, finance, regulatory bodies, and technology teams

✔ Mentor and develop junior team members; build capability within the practice

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ CA / MBA (Finance) / FRM / CFA / Engineering with strong Risk & Finance background

✅ 9+ years of experience in Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking Consulting

✅ Strong hands-on experience in OFSAA implementation (Basel + IFRS 9 modules preferred)

✅ Deep expertise in:

• Basel III/IV (RWA computation, credit risk, capital adequacy)
• IFRS 9 (ECL modelling, staging, provisioning frameworks)

✅ Proven experience in leading large transformation programs or consulting engagements

✅ Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, and reconciliation frameworks

✅ Experience working with regulators, auditors, and senior business stakeholders

✅ Strong working knowledge of SQL and data analysis

✅ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

➕ Experience with OFSAA Basel, IFRS 9 modules

➕ Certifications: FRM / CFA / Oracle / OFSAA

➕ Exposure to model validation, stress testing, or risk analytics

➕ Experience in automation, cloud transformation, or data platforms
