Your work Profile.

• Conduct EHS audits and gap assessments against statutory requirements, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and corporate EHS standards.
• Evaluate compliance with National Building Code (NBC) requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Identify non-conformities, safety risks, and compliance gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare detailed audit reports, executive summaries, and assurance reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain EHS dashboards to track audit findings, compliance status, KPIs, and closure timelines.
• Perform risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA/JSA), and safety system evaluations across operations.
• Support implementation, maintenance, and internal audits of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance actions.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety management practices.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure alignment of EHS systems with legal, ISO, and NBC requirements.
• Qualified MBA OR PGDM in Safety Management .
