Job Title: Associate Director | SAP EPM: SAC Planning | PAN India | Finance Transformation
12+ years of experience in implementing planning and reporting solutions.
• Should have good functional knowledge of budgeting, planning, consolidations and forecasting processes.
• Sound understanding of financial statements such as P&L, Balance sheet.
• Should have led and completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAC Planning.
• Must have Client facing experience for Requirements Gathering and Designing the end to end Planning and reporting Solution as per the Client needs.
• Strong understanding of configuring interface (live and import connection) between SAC and other SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Experience in designing complex Models and calculations in SAC.
• Understanding of complex data actions and allocation process.
• Strong understanding in configuring Stories, Reports, Calendar, Dashboard, Integrations, Analytical applications, predictive, collaborations, Data visualizations and Digital board rooms.
• Experience in SAP BW and HANA for SAC related activities is an added advantage.
• Experience in pre-sales (developing proposals etc.) and sales activities.
• Experience in conflict management.
• Experience in managing and working with large teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
