Your work profile:

•  Managing a SOC project involving multiple technologies SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, Network Security, Leading a team of 25-30 professionals. knowledge of BFSI regulations in India. 
• Planning & Definition: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and guide project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring performance.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily project activities, track progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Control project finances, forecast needs, analyze variances, and adjust plans as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact, providing status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Closure: Ensure all project requirements are met and deliverables are finalized, evaluating performance. 
• Certification : CISM / CISA/ CCSP

Key Skills Required: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Business Management is preferred 
• 11 + years of expereince in Cyber Security
