Work you’ll do
As a Talent Advisor -Manager/Associate Director, your work will be around the following key points:
1. Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Manage the organization’s talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability assessments.
- Collaborate with site and functional leadership teams to manage and deliver dashboards, analytics, and talent reports.
- Support workforce planning initiatives by aligning talent needs with business strategies and future capability requirements.
2. Compensation & Performance Management
- Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to manage and execute the annual performance appraisal cycle.
- Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on performance standards, calibration, and rewards alignment.
3. Leadership Development & Assessment
- Support leadership selection processes through competency assessments, behavioral tools, and leadership evaluation frameworks.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs, off-sites, and workshops that strengthen leadership capabilities across levels.
4. Team Effectiveness & Coaching
- Actively coach and guide leaders and HR partners on team effectiveness methodologies.
- Conduct team assessments, provide insights on team dynamics, and offer structured feedback to improve collaboration and performance.
- Facilitate team-building and development interventions to foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
5. Organizational Learning & Development Culture
- Advocate and promote practices that strengthen the organization’s culture of continuous learning, systems thinking, and personal mastery.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall organizational health.
- Serve as the “learning conscience” of the organization by ensuring learning needs and development initiatives are strategically aligned.
6. Change Management
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives through structured change management frameworks.
- Assess change impact, create communication plans, and guide stakeholders through transitions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Train leaders and teams on change readiness, resilience, and behaviors required to sustain transformation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership in navigating complex organizational changes.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and team effectiveness methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and produce meaningful dashboards and reports.
- Expertise in handling change management projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting capabilities.
- Build and invest in relationship with internal stakeholders inter and intra business.
- Cultivate and nurture high performance culture with kindness and innovation at the foundation.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relation matters.
- Influencing Skills & Negotiation Skills
- Emotional Intelligence – Ability to deal with multi generational workforce.
- Ability to learn – specially business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR.
- 12- 14 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partner roles.
