About the Role
As an Associate Director in the Workforce Transformation team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on large-scale workforce transformation initiatives. You will lead complex HR consulting engagements, manage high-performing teams, and partner closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across workforce, talent, and HR operating model transformations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Consulting & Client Advisory
- Lead end-to-end HR consulting engagements across workforce transformation talent management, performance management, rewards and leadership & learning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CHROs, HR Heads, Business Leaders) on people strategy and transformation priorities.
- Translate business challenges into actionable HR solutions supported by data, diagnostics, and best practices.
- Contribute to development of thought leadership, frameworks, and intellectual capital within the Workforce Transformation practice.
Project & Program Management
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent consulting projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and commercial objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, billing, and resource utilization.
- Drive disciplined execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams of consultants and senior consultants.
- Allocate work effectively, provide structured feedback, and support career development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Play an active role in talent reviews, performance management, and capability building within the practice.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, with a strong focus on workforce or people transformation.
- Demonstrated expertise across one or more HR domains (e.g., performance management, rewards, talent management, organization design, HR transformation).
- Proven people management experience, including leading and developing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with senior leadership exposure.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programs in public or private sector organizations.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
