Job Title: Associate Director
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 12 to 15 yrs. of experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You will work with clients to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure the seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing solutions with overall business operations. Experience in Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing / Smart Factory will have added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules, including Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Costing, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- EBS + Fusion MFG + Industry4.0 experience or inclination
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Manufacturing solutions to support production, supply chain, and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing environment.
- Provide functional support during the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud to support specific manufacturing workflows and ensure the system meets business needs.
- Perform data migration and provide ongoing support for system updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the functionality meets the business requirements.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity across the team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practices and recommendations for optimizing Oracle Fusion Manufacturing systems.
- Support post-go-live activities, including resolving production issues, providing ongoing user support, and identifying areas for further system improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Manufacturing solutions, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules such as Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Cost Management, Inventory Management, and MES.
- Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including shop floor management, production scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain integration.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Ability to configure Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet specific business needs, including workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting requirements.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) and its integration with manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to resolve functional issues efficiently.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and system adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
- Experience working on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and data migration strategies.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.

- Educational background in Manufacturing or Production engineering.
- Experience in implementing these solutions at any manufacturing setup.
- Educational or vocational certificate in any such related subject matter
- Experience in using IOT devices like sensors, actuators, safety solutions, etc. and integrating with IT systems like ERP, Data-lake, etc.
- Familiarity with OT systems like PLC/SCADA, MES, DCS, Control and Automation systems, etc.
- Exposure of Integrating OT systems with IT systems for real-time updates and feedback control loop
- Experience or exposure to integrate Oracle with any MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Inclination to work in these areas.
