Assistant Manager- Processes, Controls and Governance

The candidate must possess prior experience of the following

i) Executing engagements around Internal Controls/ SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization

ii) Sectors worked upon- Banks, NBFCs, Fintech Companies for majority of his/her work experience

OR

Experience of executing IFCoFR testing on statutory audits.

iii) Familiar with technical literature/guidance on IFC/ COSO/SOX/IFCoFR and general industry practices

iv) Possess skill sets to perform walkthroughs, test of design, test of operating effectiveness, gap analysis basis benchmarking with technical guidance or standards.

Previous work-ex (Preferable): Big 6/other select firms OR Industry- Banks and NBFCs
