- Lead consulting-led engagements for Industry 4.0, IIoT, MES, Digital Twin, and industrial intelligence initiatives across manufacturing and process industry clients.
- Identify high-value business use cases around production optimization, predictive maintenance, asset reliability, process stability, and yield improvement.
- Translate customer transformation goals into scalable solution roadmaps covering Digital Twin, advanced analytics, OT/IT convergence, and smart manufacturing programs.
- Partner with engineering, operations, data science, and delivery teams to define solution architecture and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical design.
- Drive strategic customer engagement and manage CXO-level discussions, complex solution positioning, and multi-million-dollar opportunity development.
- Own end-to-end growth across strategic accounts, including pipeline development, deal closure, value realization, and long-term account expansion.
- Lead cross-functional teams and programs to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, uptime, asset utilization, and digital manufacturing maturity.
Key skills required
- 15+ years of experience in industrial automation, digital transformation, industrial software, or smart manufacturing domains.
- Strong expertise in Industry 4.0, IIoT, MES, APC, Digital Twin, predictive analytics, and asset optimization solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in solution consulting, business development, strategic sales, and enterprise program management.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead complex commercial discussions with CXOs and plant leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of OT/IT integration, industrial cyber security, historian/SCADA/PLC ecosystems, and digital manufacturing platforms.
- Experience managing strategic accounts across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Refining, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Metals & Mining, CPG, and Discrete Manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities with exposure to revenue ownership and P&L accountability.
