Your work profile

• Support client engagements in manufacturing and operations transformation, with a focus on analytics and AI/ML-led use cases such as predictive maintenance, process optimization, inventory analytics, and digital twin enablement.
• Work with business and operational stakeholders to understand current challenges, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for data-driven improvement across industrial and manufacturing processes.
• Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches, including data assessment, feature engineering, model development support, and insight generation.
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models to solve operational and performance-related business problems.
• Analyze production, asset, and historian data to generate actionable insights that improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, operations, and technology to support implementation and adoption of analytics-driven solutions.
• Contribute to project documentation, client presentations, business case development, and internal knowledge-building as part of broader transformation programs.

Key skills required

• 4–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, AI/ML, or consulting roles, with exposure to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial use cases.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, statistical modelling, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Python and common analytics libraries for data analysis, model development, and visualization.
• Exposure to use cases such as predictive maintenance, process optimization, inventory optimization, quality analytics, or operational efficiency improvement will be preferred.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets, including industrial, operational, or historian data, to derive meaningful business insights.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings in a clear and business-relevant way.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced consulting or client-facing environment.
