Deputy Manager- Processes, Controls and Governance

'The candidate must possess prior experience of the following

i) Executing engagements around technical accounting advisory

Internal Controls/ SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization 

OR

Experience of executing IFCoFR testing on statutory audits.

ii) Sectors worked upon- Banks, NBFCs, Fintech Companies for majority of his/her work experience

iii) Well versed with technical literature/guidance on IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR and general industry practices

iv) Preparing proposals, reports and any other kind of detailed documentation would be preferred

Previous work-ex (Preferable): Big 6/other select firms OR Industry- Banks and NBFCs
