• Lead client engagements in manufacturing and operations transformation, with a focus on AI/ML-led use cases such as predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality improvement, supply chain analytics, and digital twin enablement.
• Work with client stakeholders to identify business problems, assess current-state processes, and define analytics-led transformation opportunities aligned to operational and financial objectives.
• Translate business requirements into structured analytics solutions, delivery roadmaps, and implementation plans across manufacturing, industrial, and operations-focused programs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data science and analytics workstreams, including problem framing, model development oversight, business validation, deployment coordination, and value realization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including business, operations, engineering, and technology stakeholders to ensure solution relevance, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, analysts, and junior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong team capability, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Support practice growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution shaping, and identification of follow-on opportunities across existing accounts.

Key skills required

• 12–15 years of experience in analytics, AI/ML, data science, or consulting roles, with strong exposure to manufacturing, operations, or industrial transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering business outcomes across use cases such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, forecasting, pricing analytics, defect detection, yield improvement, and process optimization.
• Strong consulting capability with experience in stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development, and translating analytics insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, including managing delivery teams, coaching junior members, and driving collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on understanding of analytics and data science tools such as Python, R, machine learning frameworks, statistical modelling, forecasting, clustering, and anomaly detection techniques.
• Experience working across sectors such as manufacturing, chemicals, metals, healthcare, aerospace, or related industrial domains will be preferred.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
