- Develop reusable agentic frameworks and accelerators for enterprise use cases.
AI Solution Engineering
- Integrate LLMs including:
- Anthropic Claude
- OpenAI GPT Models
- Azure OpenAI
- Gemini Models
- Engineer advanced prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent memory strategies.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with enterprise knowledge sources.
- Optimize cost, latency, observability, and reliability of AI applications.
Backend Engineering
- Build scalable APIs and microservices using:
- Python
- FastAPI
- Async Python development
- Develop event-driven and distributed AI services.
- Design secure API integrations with enterprise applications.
Enterprise Integrations
- Integrate AI agents with:
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
- SAP
- Jira
- Databases and custom enterprise systems
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, Entra ID, and enterprise security standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
- Experience in Agentic AI, AI Solutioning, Backend Engineering, Enterprise Integrations.
