Technical Project Manager (6–12 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence to drive projects from concept to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects and programs

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams for seamless execution

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation effectively

  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

  • Track and report progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project

  • Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Resolve blockers and drive decision-making in dynamic environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 6–12 years of experience in technical/project/program management

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system architecture

  • Experience in product-based or fast-growing tech environments
