Your work profile

• Implement & configure SAP VIM* including Document Processing, Invoice Approval, Exception Handling, and ArchiveLink setup
• Design and build workflows* for PO and Non-PO invoices using Process Builder and Agent rules
• Integrate VIM with OCR solutions* like OpenText ICC/BCC, ABBYY, or SAP Document Processing Service
• Configure Chart of Authority, roles, and approval matrix* for invoice posting and parking
• Handle exceptions* via VAN processing, DP dashboard, and custom resolution logic
• Develop enhancements* using BADI implementations, user exits, and workflow extensions
• Support interfaces* with SAP FI/MM, Ariba, EDOC_COCKPIT, and external archives
• Troubleshoot invoice failures*, analyze logs in /OPT/VIM_1, and coordinate with Basis/Workflow teams
• Train AP users* and create documentation for VIM processes

Key skills required

• 5+ years hands-on SAP VIM experience* with OpenText VIM 7.5+ or VIM 20.x
• Strong SAP FI and MM knowledge*, especially LIV/MIRO, MIRO, FB60, FB01
• Configuration of DP Document Types, Process Types, Process Options*
• Experience with ICC/BCC configuration* and mapping to VIM
• ABAP debugging skills* for VIM BAPIs, BADIs: /OPT/VIM_, /OPT/ICC_
• Workflow experience* - understanding of SAP Business Workflow, Agent Determination
• Knowledge of invoice compliance* for Germany: ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, EDOC_COCKPIT integration
• S/4HANA VIM experience, Fiori apps for VIM Analytics
• SAP Ariba integration with VIM
• OpenText Extended ECM, Archive Server
• Experience with e-invoicing mandates: India, Italy, Mexico, KSA
• VIM Analytics, Process Mining, Celonis for AP
• OpenText VIM certification preferred
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
