Your work profile

As a Senior Executive in our Transfer Pricing team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will work on following aspects:

• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of:  Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines
• Assisting the clients in transfer pricing assessments & appeals, stay of demand proceeding, penalty proceedings including representation before the first level appellate authorities
• Assisting in preparing submission/appeals including paper book and filing the same with various appellate authorities such as DRP and CIT-Appeals
• Assisting in filing an application with the Advance Pricing Agreement authorities
• Conducting benchmarking sets on public databases, namely PROWESS and CAPITALINE
• Preparing Transfer Pricing Study including Industry Overview, FAR analysis and Benchmarking
• Finalizing the requirements of Form 3CEB & Filing of APA and assisting in assessment related work before transfer pricing officer

Key skills required: 

• Graduate / MBA/ Semi Qualified
• 2-4 years of Experience in Transfer Pricing
• Strong Technical Knowledge
