- We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP S/4HANA, and Sales & Distribution configuration.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SD solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize sales, shipping, billing, and customer service operations.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support Sales & Distribution processes including:
- Customer Master Data
- Inquiry & Quotation Management
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing & Discounts
- Delivery & Shipping
- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Returns & Refunds
- Implement and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Configure sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and partner functions.
- Work with business users to improve sales and distribution processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
- Support integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM modules.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
