Your work profile
As a Consultant in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst/Consultant in lending (retail/SME/corporate/BNPL).
• Hands-on with LOS/LMS platforms (e.g., FinnOne, Newgen, Credgenics Collections, Scienaptic/Decision engines, or in-house systems).
• Experience with credit bureau integrations, KYC/AML, e‑sign/e‑mandate, payment gateways, account aggregator flows.
• Strong requirements management, process modeling (BPMN), and UAT experience.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies).
