IT Strategy / Digital Transformation

Job Summary:

Experienced IT Strategy / Digital Transformation Consultant to lead and execute business-aligned IT transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, technical insight, and domain knowledge to help organizations optimize their technology investments, modernize IT landscapes, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop IT strategy and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  2. Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses across IT processes, systems, and architecture.
  3. Define future-state operating models, governance structures, and transformation frameworks.
  4. Perform 4R and 6R assessments to evaluate application suitability for cloud placement, migration planning, and rationalization initiatives such as Application Portfolio Rationalization and Application Modernization
  5. Work with CXOs and business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities for competitive advantage.
  6. Support enterprise-wide technology modernization programs (cloud, automation, analytics, etc.).
  7. Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and transformation success metrics.
  8. Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and engineering teams for execution alignment.
  9. Identify digital capabilities, tools, and platforms that accelerate business outcomes.
  10. Manage change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  11. Monitor industry trends and recommend emerging technologies for adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise transformation, or digital strategy.
  3. Proven ability to align IT initiatives with business priorities and drive value realization.
  4. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL).
  5. Understanding of modern technologies including cloud, AI/ML, RPA, and analytics.
  6. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  7. Experience in leading large-scale transformation programs across domains.
  8. Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  9. Consulting experience with Tier-1 firms or large enterprises is preferred.
  10. MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus.

 

 Cloud Strategy Consultants

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, business-savvy Cloud Strategy Consultant to help organizations craft cloud-first strategies, assess application portfolios, and drive long-term value through digital and cloud transformation. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with deep cloud expertise to guide enterprises through strategic planning, workload analysis, and transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop enterprise-wide cloud adoption and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Conduct comprehensive cloud maturity assessments and define actionable roadmaps for cloud enablement.
  3. Perform 6R assessments (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Retain, Retire, Repurchase) and 4R evaluations to determine application suitability, placement, and rationalization.
  4. Analyze workload characteristics and recommend the appropriate cloud service model (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  5. Lead cloud suitability analysis, identifying optimal hosting options based on performance, regulatory, and cost considerations.
  6. Design migration strategies and wave plans by grouping applications into logical migration waves based on dependencies and business priorities.
  7. Define future-state cloud roadmaps, aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
  8. Develop business cases including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for cloud investments.
  9. Establish and refine cloud operating models, governance frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Drive FinOps best practices for cloud cost management, forecasting, optimization, and accountability across IT and finance teams.
  11. Collaborate with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into cloud strategies.
  12. Guide clients through cloud service selection, compliance, and security planning.
  13. Recommend tools and platforms for cost management, migration tracking, and cloud governance (e.g., CloudHealth, Azure Migrate, AWS Migration Hub).
  14. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and deliver high-impact presentations to CXOs and decision-makers.
  15. Stay current with evolving cloud trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure relevance of recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
  2. 6+ years of experience in IT strategy, cloud consulting, or digital transformation roles.
  3. Deep knowledge of cloud economics, cost models, and multi-cloud strategy.
  4. Proven experience in cloud assessments, migration strategy, and wave planning.
  5. Expertise in FinOps practices, cost control, forecasting, and financial accountability for cloud consumption.
  6. Familiarity with cloud migration tools like AWS Migration Hub, Azure Migrate, and GCP Migrate for Compute Engine.
  7. Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and security best practices in cloud environments.
  8. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  9. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Preferred certifications:

  1. AWS Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect
  2. Azure Fundamentals / Architect
  3. Google Professional Cloud Architect
  4. FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar
