Job Title:  Consultant | Manufacturing Operations | Mumbai | Supply Chain & Network Operations

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping methodologies.
• Recommend and integrate new technologies to support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs while analyzing performance data.
• Train and coach employees on continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and manage improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or consulting.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with digital initiatives and tools for project management.
