Your Work Profile

The Mendix Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform. This role requires strong expertise in Mendix application development, domain modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and Agile software delivery.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The role also involves contributing to Mendix best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Mendix developer community.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• 3–6 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Mendix application development experience.
• Mendix Intermediate Developer Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Strong understanding of the complete application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Experience developing workflow-based and responsive web applications.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
