Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant with expertise in Forex (FX) concepts and a strong background in managing software projects throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of FX markets, trading platforms, and interbank dealing (will be preferred) and will be highly proactive in overseeing project activities, client/vendor relationships, and deliverables within Forex trading ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
· Assist in managing all stages of the software project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to execution.
· Understand project milestones, client requirements, and create test cases, roll-out plans, and UAT to ensure timely project delivery.
· Develop and document use cases, and maintain thorough documentation for each project phase, including post-implementation support.
Forex & Pricing Expertise:
· Utilize strong knowledge of FX and pricing concepts to support the development and enhancement of Forex trading functionalities.
· Hands-on experience with FX trading platforms and pricing engines such as Reuters, Bloomberg, 360T, FX Clear by CCIL, Treasury Forex, and interbank dealing systems (Preferred).
Vendor Relationship Management:
· Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure smooth integration and high-quality product delivery.
· Facilitate vendor meetings, reviews, and product demonstrations, acting as a bridge between the vendor, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.
Documentation & Business Requirements:
· Review and implement Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure alignment with project objectives and client needs.
· Collaborate with business users (BCU), operations, and IT teams to support process improvements.
Team Leadership:
· Demonstrate strong team management and interpersonal skills, driving collaboration, proactive task management, and accountability.
· Manage vendor/client relationships, facilitating effective communication and troubleshooting as needed.
Technical Skills:
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis, report generation, and project tracking.
· Zeal to continuously learn new technologies, trends, and best practices in the FX and fintech domain.

d. Strong stakeholder communication
Desired Qualifications
1.Education: MBA / PGDM (Desirous), Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
2.Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective internal and external interaction

Experience above 3 to 5 years is desired.
