 Job Overview

 We are looking for a proactive and experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Integrations) with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion Middleware. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion Applications with a primary focus on designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.

Skills Required

• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BIP, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
• Develop Custom BIP Reports, OTBI Dashboards, Fast Formulas, and PaaS extensions as needed.
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data conversions and bulk data uploads using ADFdi, FBDI, HDL, and Web Services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical design documents (TDD) and unit test scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flows across systems.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure all development work aligns with Oracle best practices and project governance standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Your role

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Technical development.
• Proficient in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BIP reports.
• Strong understanding of FBDI, HDL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with PaaS Extensions, ADF, Java, and Groovy Scripting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as Finance, Procurement, HCM, or Projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials to guide clients in best practices, system optimization, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud Financials with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud Financials applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Financials features, updates, and industry trends, proactively suggesting enhancements and recommending new functionalities.
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Flexible in working in multiple time zones to support client and project needs.
