Your work profile
Provide on-premises support for the Oracle EBS R12.2 application environment.
· Monitor, manage, and maintain PROD and non-PROD Oracle EBS environments to ensure system availability and performance.
· Co-ordinate with the client support team for hardware and software-related support activities.
· Support technical teams in resolving application issues and implementing enhancements within the Oracle EBS environment.
· Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across the project and support lifecycle.
· Maintain and share issue trackers, status reports, and support documentation with respective stakeholders and stack owners.
·Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution activities.
· Ensure adherence to support processes, documentation standards, and operational best practices.
Key skills required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
- Provide on-premises support for the Oracle EBS R12.2 application environment.
