Your work profile
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design end-to-end BPA solutions (Workflow + RPA + Decision logic)
- Ensure clean-core alignment for S/4HANA programs
- Configure workflows in SAP S/4HANA (Flexible Workflow)
- Develop bots using SAP Build Process Automation (earlier SAP Intelligent RPA)
- Build forms, approval flows, and business rules
- Integrate BPA with SAP & non-SAP systems
- Work with Integration teams (CPI/API/OData)
- Design event-driven automation scenarios
- Ensure BTP-based extension architecture
- Ensure audit compliance
- Implement role-based access
- Monitor bot performance & automation KPIs
- Work with business process owners
- Conduct workshops for automation discovery
- Provide solution demos to leadership
Key skills required
- 3-5+ years of SAP experience
- Hands-on experience in:
- SAP Build Process Automation
- SAP BTP
- S/4HANA workflow
- RPA bot development
- Understanding of:
- APIs / OData
- SAP Security concepts
- Process modelling (BPMN)
Education -
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
