Your work profile
Experienced SAP S/4HANA Basis Consultant responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of SAP landscapes. Expertise in SAP system administration, upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, transport management, high availability, disaster recovery, and SAP S/4HANA conversion projects. Ensures stable, secure, and efficient SAP environments while supporting business-critical operations.
Key skills required
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and related components.
- Perform system refreshes, upgrades, and migrations (especially S/4HANA conversions).
- Administer SAP landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD) and ensure high availability.
- Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning and optimization.
- Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and transport routes.
- Perform client copies, system copies, and database refreshes.
- Handle SAP kernel upgrades, patches, and support packages.
- Manage users, roles, and authorizations in coordination with security teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, dumps, and performance bottlenecks.
- Work with SAP Solution Manager / Focused Run for monitoring and alerts.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
Education - Bachelor's degree
