Your work profile

• Development & Customization: Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI applications using BOL and GENIL programming frameworks.
• Core ABAP Programming: Write clean, optimized Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP) code, including BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, and custom forms.
• System Integration: Configure and monitor CRM Middleware (BDocs, queues) to ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or third-party systems.
• Troubleshooting: Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for production support and system upgrades.
• Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants to deliver technical design documents, execute unit testing, and support UAT

Key skills required

• 4-8 years of Strong experience in SAP CRM Technical Development.
• Hands-on expertise in:

• ABAP/ABAP OO
• SAP CRM Web UI
• BSP Development
• CRM Middleware
• BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework
• Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
• Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF)
• BAPI, RFC, IDoc Development
• Experience with SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and Transport Management.
• Understanding of SAP HANA concepts is preferred.

Qualification

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
