1. Strong verbal and written communication Skills
2. At least 2 end to end implementation or support experience in Employee central module.
3. Should be proficient with all employee central module mainly core, position management, Business rules, benefits, Custom MDFs, Offboarding, time off etc.
4. Should be able to work from Client office in Mumbai
5. Base location should be Mumbai

Education:

B.E. or equivalent

Must to Have :

1. Ready to relocate to Mumbai
2. Operate for Client office in Mumbai
3. Employee Central certified
