We are looking for a creative and detail oriented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the user experience. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and refine digital products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other tools to understand and communicate user needs.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on product design.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Interaction Design:
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet business goals and user needs.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are effectively implemented.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, explaining how design solutions align with user needs and business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers.
• Usability Testing:
• Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement:
• Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously improve your design skills and knowledge through workshops, courses, and other learning opportunities.

Education Qualification-

ANY UG OR PG Graduate
