Your work profile

As a Manager in our RFR Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

• Develop and validate ERM and operational risk management policies and framework covering:
• Risk appetite and Key risk indicators and relevant thresholds
• risk identification and assessment
• understanding of processes and controls (SOP documentation)
• RCSAs
• risk assessment matrixes
• understating on risk and controls scoring
• developing and review of mitigating and monitoring tools for ORM/ ERM
• Incident Management and Loss data management
• Capital computation for operational risk
• Control testing
• Score cards for other non-financial risk areas (Compliance, reputational risk, etc.)

Key skills required: 

• Experience in Operational risk and/ or ERM
• Understating of banking operations and process

Should have hands-on experience of using tools such RCSAs, KRIs, loss data management, risk heat maps, etc.
