Your work profile:

• Lead and manage end-to-end R2R operations for US clients
• Oversee General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial close processes
• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and support balance sheet substantiation
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX control frameworks
• Review and finalize financial statements, reports, and management dashboards
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and ensure consistent service delivery excellence
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A, tax, audit)
• Ensure readiness and support for internal and external audits
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing R2R teams
• Manage client relationships, escalations, and stakeholder expectations effectively
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across R2R processes
  
  

  Key skills required:

  • Education:  CA / CPA
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, Industry Preference: Renewables / Finance outsourcing / BPO / KPO / Shared Services with US clients experience (added advantage)
  • Experience in US GAAP
