Your work profile

As a Deputy Manager, you will Support core investigative projects through data extraction, data lineage, data analysis, reconciliation, visualization and insight generation, ensuring that data used for investigations is accurate, traceable and fit for purpose.

Lead data analytics and data lineage workstreams supporting investigative projects, ensuring robust analytical methodologies, high-quality data and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analytics engagements supporting investigative projects.
• Define data strategy, analytical approach and delivery methodology.
• Translate complex investigative requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Oversee data discovery, lineage, quality, transformation and analytical activities.
• Lead complex investigations involving large and diverse datasets.
• Establish analytical frameworks for anomaly detection, pattern identification and relationship analysis.
• Review and challenge key analytical findings and recommendations.
• Lead senior stakeholder and client discussions on data and analytics.
• Develop executive-level analytical presentations and insights.
• Manage multidisciplinary analytics and data teams.
• Establish quality standards, review mechanisms and analytical governance.
• Drive automation, reusable assets and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to use AI/ML and advanced analytics in investigative use cases.
• Support business development, proposals, solution design and commercial discussions.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key skills required: 

• Any graduate with exp b/w 8 to 12yrs .
