◼ 5+ Years experience in Project Management and Business Analysis across large complex Global projects at a financial institution

◼ 3+ years of Business Analysis/Project Management experience in Asset Servicing domain

◼ Strong experience with global transformation projects in Asset Servicing

◼ Excellent understanding and experience of Financial Markets and Asset Servicing operations, workflows, and industry best practices

◼ Demonstrated ability to define and document business requirements and solutions

◼ Experience in mapping data flows, controls, and exception workflows

◼ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

◼ Experience working with global teams and stakeholders

◼ Excellent documentation and communication skills

◼ Knowledge of S&P Asset Servicing platform (preferred)

◼ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant BA tools

◼ Experience in process improvement and optimization

◼ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

◼ Strong stakeholder management skills
