Your work profile

• Any graduate with min 3 plus years of experience in the following areas.
• Core responsibilities encompass the production and oversight of key capital adequacy metrics under Basel III framework, including
• Execution of standardized approach calculations for:
• Counterparty credit risk assessment and monitoring
• Settlement risk computation and tracking
• Market risk measurement and analysis
• Capital deductions determination and validation
• COREP reporting deliverables for EMEA entities
• Resolution of management-driven inquiries and requests
• Comprehensive RWA movement analysis
• Collaborative engagement with Risk Management for input validation

Key skills required: 

• Financial services industry exposure / good working knowledge in Regulatory reporting function
• Capital Market knowledge
• Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate ideas concisely and clearly
• Ability to work in stringent deadlines
• Ability to deliver accurate reports within agreed timelines
• Understanding of financial products
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn Finance specific systems
• Inquisitive mind set with ability to challenge the norms.
