• Ensure implementation of time, attendance and leave policies as per company guidelines.
• Ensure integration with relevant biometrics as may be applicable.
• Test and monitor employee time tracking and attendance records.
• Address discrepancies in timesheets and escalate issues as needed.
• Generate attendance reports and provide insights to HR and the vendor on any discrepancies found.
• Review the availability of compliance reports as per the labour law requirements.
