Your work profile

• Drive Advanced Planning Solutions (APS) practice leadership, building and scaling supply chain planning capabilities, transformation frameworks, and digital planning programs to support long-term business growth objectives.

• Orchestrate supply chain transformation and modernization strategies, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, and Inventory Optimization initiatives across industries.

• Manage and optimize planning transformation portfolios, ensuring APS platforms contribute to operational efficiency, business agility, improved forecast accuracy, inventory reduction, and service level improvements.

• Support the development of multi-year supply chain planning strategies, aligning business objectives, planning processes, technology platforms, and organizational transformation goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, client leadership, alliance partners, and cross-functional business teams.

• Lead planning governance initiatives, including solution reviews, transformation roadmaps, performance monitoring, capability maturity assessments, and operational excellence programs.

• Drive internal alignment by mobilizing cross-functional teams across supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, analytics, and technology functions.

• Serve as the primary advisor for APS transformation programs, managing executive escalations and ensuring successful delivery across global teams.

• Support business development and pre-sales activities, identifying new opportunities and building supply chain planning, digital transformation, and intelligent decision-making solutions.

• Collaborate with business and technology leadership teams to enhance supply chain performance through innovation, advanced analytics, automation, AI-driven planning, and best practices.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and developing future consulting leaders.

• Lead large-scale APS implementations, planning transformations, and supply chain modernization programs, ensuring scalable, resilient, and business-driven planning environments.
