Your work profile

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft D365 F&O ERP transformation programs across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, and HCM domains.
  • Oversee program governance, quality management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Manage large, multi-disciplinary teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring adherence to delivery excellence and risk management standards.
  • Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs (CFO, CIO, Supply Chain Leaders), aligning ERP transformation with business strategy.
  • Build and manage strategic client relationships, driving account growth and long-term value creation.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for digital transformation, value enhancement, and managed services.
  • Lead business development and pre-sales initiatives, including proposals, solutioning, and commercial negotiations.
  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including solution architecture and pricing models.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and development of reusable assets and frameworks.
  • Mentor and develop teams, building a strong talent pipeline within the ERP practice.
