- Lead enterprise-wide GBS and GCC strategy development, aligned to business and transformation goals.
- Develop investment-grade business cases covering cost, productivity, talent, risk, and scalability.
- Advise CXOs on location strategy, workforce models, and operating trade-offs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, balancing strategy with execution feasibility.
- Operating Model & Capability Design
- Design future-ready GBS Target Operating Models (TOMs), including governance and hybrid sourcing models.
- Enable transformation from shared services to capability-led, value-driven GBS organizations.
- Integrate digital, analytics, and functional Centers of Excellence (CoEs) into operating models.
- Ensure scalability and coherence across multi-function, multi-geography operating structures.
- End-to-End Transformation, Transition & Operate
- Lead large-scale GBS transformation programs across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Analytics.
- Oversee transition, stabilization, and service maturity uplift phases.
- Design and govern transform-and-operate and managed services models.
- Coordinate across Deloitte global member firms, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement
- Embed process mining, analytics, and performance intelligence into operating models.
- Drive AI-enabled and automation-led service delivery models in collaboration with digital teams.
- Leverage Deloitte’s ecosystem to bring innovation and advanced analytics to clients.
- Translate digital ambition into scalable, operational outcomes.
- Executive Stakeholder & Risk Leadership
- Serve as a C-level advisor on operating model and transformation decisions.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management across global organizations.
- Manage engagement risk, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments including boards, CXOs, and vendors.
- Practice Growth & Business Development
- Own engagement financials, including revenue, margin, and delivery performance.
- Lead RFPs, deal shaping, and proposal development for GBS opportunities.
- Drive pipeline development and commercial growth initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership, IP development, and market insights.
- Build and mentor high-performing global consulting teams.
