Work you’ll do

As a Director in our FIRR team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Risk Management and Regulations for financial institutions
  • Play substantive/lead role in client retention, relationship building, and communication
  • Sell new and "add-on" business to clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services, Meet assigned sales target/team sales targets, Develop proposals
  • Play lead role in internal and external communication/deliverable quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
  • Play lead role in management planning, economics, and billing
  • High visibility in functional or industry specialty, Publication in designated areas, Public speaking
  • Responsible for end to end people development and management
  • Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruiting
  • Mentor and coach around 15-20 professionals


Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management 
  • Deep Expertise in Risk and Regulation for Financial Institutions
  • Experience in a minimum of two of below areas of risk management
  • Credit Risk Modelling
  • Data Analytics
  • Capital Management (Basel III/IV)
  • Stress Testing and CCAR
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Data Governance and Data Management including BCBS 239
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and build a client base
  • Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and management experience
