Work you’ll do
As a Director in our FIRR team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Risk Management and Regulations for financial institutions
- Play substantive/lead role in client retention, relationship building, and communication
- Sell new and "add-on" business to clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services, Meet assigned sales target/team sales targets, Develop proposals
- Play lead role in internal and external communication/deliverable quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
- Play lead role in management planning, economics, and billing
- High visibility in functional or industry specialty, Publication in designated areas, Public speaking
- Responsible for end to end people development and management
- Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruiting
- Mentor and coach around 15-20 professionals
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management
- Deep Expertise in Risk and Regulation for Financial Institutions
- Experience in a minimum of two of below areas of risk management
- Credit Risk Modelling
- Data Analytics
- Capital Management (Basel III/IV)
- Stress Testing and CCAR
- Regulatory Reporting
- Data Governance and Data Management including BCBS 239
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and build a client base
- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and management experience
