Job Title: SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Leader - Director

Location: Mumbai or Bengaluru

Experience

15 to 20 years of SAP experience, with at least 8+ years in SAP EWM leadership roles.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM leader who can drive business growth, lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, build high-performing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP EWM, warehouse transformation, S/4HANA migrations, AI-enabled supply chain solutions, and end-to-end delivery leadership.

The individual must have a strong mix of consulting, delivery, business development, presales, and practice leadership experience, combined with hands-on SAP implementation credentials.

SAP EWM Transformation Expertise

• Lead greenfield and brownfield SAP EWM implementations.
• Drive SAP WM to SAP EWM migration programs.
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA warehouse transformation initiatives.
• Define warehouse operating models and logistics process optimization strategies.
• Bring expertise across inbound, outbound, inventory management, labor management, RF, automation, and warehouse orchestration.
