Job Sumary
As a Director in our SAP FICO Consulting practice, you will lead high-impact financial transformation projects for our clients. You will utilize your extensive expertise in SAP FICO to deliver strategic insights, optimize processes, and enable effective financial reporting and compliance. You will play a vital role in managing client relationships, developing innovative solutions, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- FICO Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with financial best practices and compliance requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, and team performance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic financial advisory services, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to proposal development and client presentations to secure new assignments.
- Change Management: Guide organizations through the change management process associated with financial system implementations, ensuring proper training and transition.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and innovative solutions to enhance financial processes and drive efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree, or CA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in FICO consulting, including experience with SAP implementations and project management. Experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, financial reporting, and accounting standards; familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
