Job Description: Director – SAP TRM

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Director – SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to lead SAP TRM transformation, implementation, and optimization initiatives. The role will drive treasury technology strategy, solution architecture, and delivery excellence while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Drive solution design across Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Risk Management, and integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, delivery teams, project governance, and strategic roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with treasury business processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead business development, presales, practice growth, and talent development initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 15+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP TRM and treasury processes.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, financial instruments, risk management, cash management, and related integrations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
