An Ideal candidate would require a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive transformation initiatives and deliver value to clients. Should be able to oversee the deliverables on multiple complex projects, involve and contribute towards the business development activities of the practice. Financial budgeting - managing, organizing budgets and tracking spending to keep track at engagement level. Apart from looking at avenue for organic growth on the existing clientele, has to be go-getter to add additional client base to the practice in-turn adding to the bottomline. Has to pro-actively involve in pre-sales activities and other business development tasks to build on the Deloitte brand in the market.
